I graduated from Crestcom's Bullet Proof Manager Programme in January 2019.

IPS Group of Companies is one of Singapore's leading manufacturers and distributors of Asphalt Mixing and Concrete Batching Plants, Industrial Radiators, Heat Exchangers and Security Equipment. It was founded in 1986 by our Group Chairman, Mr Daniel Chan.

I enrolled in the program with eighteen other colleagues. We have found the content to be practical and meaningful for local enterprises like us, and the style of delivery was appropriate to the Asian culture.

The workshop was professionally conducted by an experienced facilitator. We devised action plans at the end of each module to ensure everyone applies what they learnt to the workplace. During the course, we saw actual improvements in productivity. Some managers went the extra mile to share the knowledge with the rest of their team. Some topics that were implemented include Increasing Accountability, Customer Service, Developing Devoted Employees and Problem Solving, just to name a few.

I personally enjoyed and found value in the discussions and interactions with leaders and managers from other companies. Overall, we are a happy customer and will recommend this programme to any organisations which want to improve their operations through developing their leader.

I graduated from Crestcom's Bullet Proof Manager Programme in March 2019 along with my other two colleagues. I was impressed by the quality of the course content, as well as the knowledge of the facilitator. I learnt so much within the short period of time from the sharing done by other managers during the monthly workshop.
